What do I need to use desklamp?
You don't need anything other than a reasonably modern web browser. We recommend using Mozilla Firefox 2 (or higher) or Apple's Safari however we still support Internet Explorer 6 & 7 and the latest versions of Opera.
How is my data stored and is it safe?
All data stored in desklamp is stored on our servers located in a secure data centre in Maidenhead, Berkshire. Each night all data is backed up to an offsite server in case of hardware failure or natural disaster.
How much information can I store?
You can store as much information as the package you are subscribed to allows. You can upgrade (or downgrade) packages at any time to meet your requirements. Each package also has a set amount of diskspace which you can use for storing files and logos.
