No. Definatly Not. You are only charged the monthly fee for the package you are currently subscribed to. There are no cancellation or signup fees and there is no charge for upgrading or downgrading your package.

Back to topFuturePay is the service we use to debit your debit/credit card each month for your desklamp subscription. You setup an agreement which allows us to take one payment each month from the credit/debit card you setup when you create the agreement.
How do I setup a FuturePay agreement?
You setup this agreement at any time during your trial and you will not be charged until the end of the trial – simply click ‘Account’ and then ‘FuturePay Agreement’. Clicking the ‘Setup FuturePay Agreement’ button will redirect you to Worldpay, where you will be asked to enter your credit/debit card details. Once entered, these are then used to debit your monthly payment from your account.
Can I cancel my FuturePay agreement?
Yes, simply navigate to the ‘Futurepay Agreement’ page in your account centre. Insted of the setup agreement button you will see a ‘Cancel Agreement’ button. This will cancel your agreement with Worldpay and no further automatic payments can be taken until you setup a new agreement (see instructions above).
You can also cancel your agreement through the Worldpay shopper management system, which you will have received information about when you first setup the agreement.
Back to topThere are two ways you can change your payment details. As your subscription is managed using FuturePay (a service from Worldpay) you can login to your Shopper Management System with the login details which were e-mailed to you when you created your Futurepay agreement.
If you can’t remember these details, simply login to your desklamp account, goto the account centre and select ‘Futurepay Agreement’. You can now cancel your existing agreement and setup a new one which will use the new payment details you provide.
